Dinner event 2017

Dinner Event 2017 is held on 3rd October - Dinner and networking!

Exhibitors and visitors from International FOOD Contest and Scandinavian Technology & Industry Expo are invited to take part in the popular and traditional Dinner Event on 3rd October 2017. For the 6th time we open the doors to an informal and cheerful evening with business associates, network and colleagues - more than 1,000 people of the trade are gathered here.

Dinner & Networking

Just after the exhibition Closes at 16:30 hrs Dinner Event opens with an aperitif in the bar.

At 17:30 hrs the dinner starts. The menu consists of a starter and one glass of wine, a big steak of tenderloin and dessert, and there will be accompanying music. The Dinner Event bar - "No milk today" - is open all evening.

Visitors, exhibitors and business partners are welcome with their customers and visitors.

  • and shuttle bus back to the centre of Herning city.

Practical information

Tickets: Buy your tickets at www.maelkeritidende.dk

Price: DKK450 + VAT. Dinner and drinks tickets to be forwarded electronically. Drinks coupons for more drinks may be bought by contacting restauranten@mch.dk.

Table reservation: If you buy your tickets prior to 24th September 2017 groups of 5 or more people are guaranteed seating together during the dinner. Others have free seating (round or rectangular tables for 8-12 people).

Shuttle bus to Herning city centre: Leaving entrance C at 22:30 hrs - last bus at 23:30 hrs.

Parking: Parking V (West).

Cloakroom: supervised cloakroom.
