Grading

Grading of dairy products takes place on Monday 2nd October 2017.

Grading of products took place on Monday 2nd October 2017 at MCH Messecenter Herning:

08:00 hrs: Coffee in Hall B
08:30 hrs: Introduction to judges
09:00 hrs: Start of the assessments.

Class winners participated in the International DAIRY Contest where the best product in each category (Cheese, Butter & Spreadables, Liquid milk products) became champion.

Danish DAIRY Contest winners were published on Tuesday 3rd October 2017 in connection with the opening of the exhibition, and class winners receive their prizes on Wednesday 4th October 2017.
